In the first quarter of 2025, the Dominican Republic saw notable trends in the performance of top photography apps on the Android platform. Here’s a detailed look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads and active users.

Galleryit - Photo Vault, Album experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 6.8K at the beginning of the quarter and peaking at 7.2K in late January, before dipping to approximately 4.6K by mid-March. The app maintained a steady increase in weekly active users, rising from 39.8K to 45.8K by the end of March.

Google Photos observed a gradual decline in weekly downloads from 5.6K in early January to about 4.2K in March. However, its active user base saw a slight recovery towards the end of the quarter, climbing back to 1.7M from a dip earlier in the period.

Geotag Photo: Camera Location had a notable increase in downloads, with a peak of 9.3K in early March. Active users also showed growth, rising from 3.2K to 4.8K by the end of the quarter.
